Anhe (Shandong) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures and services mild hyperbaric oxygen chambers and related wellness equipment. This page describes what we build and what we can document.
How we work
Our scope covers research and development, manufacture, export sales and service of health-technology equipment, together with system integration and operating support for wellness projects.
Production is governed by the enterprise standard "ANHE Enterprise Standard for Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers". Where a figure depends on configuration, our documents say so instead of quoting a single number.
Manufacturing capability
Chamber shells, air and oxygen supply units and control systems are integrated in one factory, so a complete unit leaves the site tested. Third-party test reports are issued for the main unit and for complete chamber sets.
In-house chamber engineering covering pressure vessel design, control electronics and oxygen systems. Eleven granted patents cover pressurisation control, pressure monitoring and alarm, equipment state monitoring and multi-factor therapy-effect assessment.
Standardised production and delivery process covering shell forming, welding, surface finishing, interior fit-out and final assembly, with documented acceptance criteria at each stage.
Every unit leaves the line with a factory inspection record. Third-party test reports and export certificates are available per model or per shipment on request.
Chamber control software with remote status and oxygen-supply monitoring, smart diagnostics and a preventive-maintenance schedule for multi-site operators.
R&D and patents
Eleven patents cover chamber pressurisation control, pressure regulation, pressure monitoring and alarm, equipment status monitoring, oxygen supply and remote monitoring of operating state.
VPSA
VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption): positive-pressure adsorption separates and purifies the oxygen, negative-pressure desorption precisely evacuates nitrogen and moisture, and post-shutdown vacuum leaves the molecular sieve free of contamination and residue.
Molecular sieve
Imported lithium-based molecular sieve delivering 10 L/min at 93% oxygen concentration, with a five-stage 0.1 µm filtration train upstream.
Compressor
Medical-grade compressor selected for stable output, low heat generation, long service life and low power draw. Piston and scroll units are both available, sized to the chamber.
Quality control
Each chamber is pressure-tested and inspected before dispatch, and ships with a factory inspection record. Documentation is supplied in English for customs and site commissioning.
